Boil Water Alerts are Broadcast to our customers by an automated voice phone call system known as “One Call Now”. Please confirm you have a current phone number on file as your primary contact number to receive these important messages.
- 4/26/2024 5:00 pm: A Boil Advisory has been issued for portions of 135 South area from South of Sunshine Ridge to Valley Branch, inlcuding portions of Valley Branch Rd . The School is NOT included in this boil. This boil is expected to be released Tuesday, April 30, 2023 at 5 pm
During a Boil Advisory you may experience the following:
- Low water pressure or a total water outage
- Discoloration or sediment in your water
- Air in your water.
Please use care when doing laundry if you are experience discoloration of water.
Once water service is restored, bring all cooking, and drinking water, to a full boil for 5 minutes, before using.
**This does not include, water used for bathing, laundry, etcetera.
